Among other things, I threw my first successful surprise party! My main squeeze turns 30 next week, so I thought it only appropriate to surprise him with some extra birthday celebrating. There was food, lots of dessert, friends from all over the place to catch up with, and 30 candles. There was a good bit of (loving) fibbing, lots of planning, and some excited nerves. Obviously the best part was that he was completely surprised! & loved every minute of it.
