Soaking Up These Autumn Days

10/20/2015 · In: home, life

Sunday afternoons…. meant for resting, reading, quality time, and more.

The weather was quite fabulous this past Sunday, and I was itching to photograph something, so I took a stroll around the yard/neighborhood.

Taking in the cool air and the warm Fall colors, this is easily my favorite season.

I cannot endure to waste anything so precious as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house. So I have spent almost all the daylight hours in the open air. Nathanial Hawthorne

I love feeling inspired by a beautiful day! Fall is probably a bit chillier in Pittsburgh than it is in Georgia, but it’s still quite a lovely season :)

Such a gorgeous set of photos! Since I moved to Arizona, I’ve really been missing the traditional gorgeous fall colors. These pictures are everything, and I love that NH quote too.

Hey, thanks Brooke! The NH quote has been one I feel like I always read or write somewhere every year, haha.

These are beautiful Chelsea! I absolutely adore Fall. The sound of leaves crunching under your boots, scarves & my hands wrapped around a warm mug of tea/coffee. Those are some of my favorite things about Fall. Oh and soup, lots of soup! xoxo

Soup! I’m with you, Maeve, wholeheartedly.
