I recently went looking through my iPhoto app searching for a particular photo. Mind you, I’ve had this computer this 2010, so you can imagine the amount of photos currently on this device. A lot. And quite the bunch! Looking through photos I felt joy, sadness, nostalgia, gratitude.
The time I competed for two high school state championship titles in the hurdles.
The first picture J and I ever took together.
The time I spent a short and sweet weekend in Chicago with my Florida bff.
The season of life where crutches and this boot were part of my daily wardrobe.
The time my high school best friends and I (while we were upperclassman in college) wore superhero masks around Target. Shamelessly.
The time I swam with dolphins.
The time my sister and I competed with Chip and Dale for most silliness in a given moment.
The time I graduated from college with my super cool friends by my side.
The time my amazing friends decorated my boss’s office for my birthday – total surprise, and fantastic.
The time we snorkeled in the Bahamas.
Looking at old photos is so much fun. I enjoy revisiting memories, feelings, and funny stories.
They cause me to praise God, to thank Him for the grace and favor on my life. That in the great moments, He is good. And in the difficult moments, He is still good.
Thanks for sticking through a short skip through memory lane with me. :)
What fun memories! I love talking trips down memory lane, although sometimes I get really distracted and I look at old photos for hours!
Thanks for the walk down memory lane. Such great photos!
That night at Target is one of my favorites! So fun :)
