It’s like you’re reading my mind… I want to get that tea towel and notebook for my mom and that Disney countdown for my brother. I already bought a couple of gifts. I tend to buy things throughout the year as I see them. I already got my mom a travel duffel bag from Vera Bradley cause it was on a crazy Labor Day sale. I love to buy people candles, too. This year, I’m making my husband a scrapbook and a photo ornament. Some of my favorite Christmas gifts are ornaments that have something to do with the year, photos (cause no one seems to print out photos anymore!), something they really need, or something for an upcoming trip or something like that. Let’s keep brainstorming! I love to shop early for Christmas. It’s so much fun and it’s easier on my budget.

I always admire people who shop for gifts all year round. I always tell myself I’m going to do that, and then I can’t sit on them, haha. I also really like the idea of giving experiences instead of material things. :)
